A Navy veteran, social worker, and legislative aide with a record of compassion and courage, Fisher represents a new generation of leadership ready to fight for Florida’s working families, children, and seniors. His candidacy reflects ONFA’s mission to advance advocacy, education, economics, and empowerment for African Americans and underserved communities.
From serving aboard the USS Boxer on back-to-back deployments to mentoring youth at Just Elementary School in Tampa, Fisher has dedicated his life to service. His firsthand experience as a veteran, caregiver, and community advocate gives him a deep understanding of the challenges Floridians face every day. Whether securing disaster relief for struggling families or standing up against divisive policies that target people of color, women, and the LGBTQ+ community, Fisher has shown the integrity and resolve to lead with purpose.
A proud graduate of Florida A&M University, Fisher brings the values of faith, education, and perseverance to his campaign. As a trusted aide to Representative Michele Rayner, he has worked tirelessly to deliver for his district and strengthen connections between government and the people it serves.
