Omega Network for Action Endorses Keisha Lance Bottoms for Governor of Georgia

by Omega Network for Action

The Omega Network for Action proudly endorses Keisha Lance Bottoms in her campaign for Governor of Georgia. A proven public servant and nationally recognized leader, Bottoms has demonstrated a strong commitment to equitable growth, responsible governance, public safety, and expanding opportunity for communities across Georgia.

Keisha Lance Bottoms previously served as the 60th Mayor of Atlanta, where she led the city through the COVID-19 pandemic and advanced major investments in affordable housing, public safety, civil rights reforms, small business support, and economic opportunity. She also made history as the first Mayor of Atlanta to have served in all three branches of government, following her prior service as a judge and City Councilmember.

As Mayor, Bottoms pursued her vision of “One Atlanta”—an affordable, resilient, and equitable city. During a period of significant economic uncertainty, her administration delivered balanced budgets without property tax increases, layoffs, or furloughs of city employees. At the conclusion of her term, Atlanta maintained reserves of approximately $181 million, exceeding City Charter requirements.

Following her tenure as Mayor, Bottoms served as Senior Advisor to President Joe Biden, leading the transformation of the White House Office of Public Engagement and developing engagement strategies for diverse stakeholders across the country.

Her priorities include strengthening literacy and early learning, expanding opportunities for farmers, supporting small businesses, and advancing economic policies that help families and communities thrive.

The Omega Network for Action encourages voters across Georgia to support Keisha Lance Bottoms for Governor. We urge supporters to share her story, raise awareness, and participate fully in the electoral process.
