Despite the recent presidential election, ONFA is dedicated to empowering underserved communities by continuing its advocacy and support across key areas:

Economic Empowerment and Workforce Development

• ONFA will focus on job training, community development, and resources for entrepreneurship, addressing barriers that hinder economic stability and growth.
• Through partnerships, ONFA will provide access to affordable housing, quality health services, and other vital resources.

Legislative Advocacy and Policy Training

• ONFA will advocate for essential policies affecting marginalized communities, from healthcare to educational reform.
• The James E. Clyburn Leadership Institute will train aspiring leaders to run for office and promote inclusive policies.

Community Mobilization and Civic Engagement

• Encouraging contributions and volunteerism, ONFA will build strong coalitions supporting its mission and priorities.
