Omega Network For Action, Inc. was created to help African Americans and others in underserved communities achieve their highest true social parity, economic self-reliance, power, and civil rights. ONFA is designed to promote economic empowerment through education & job training, housing & community development, workforce development, entrepreneurship, health, and quality of life for the stated underserved communities.

Furthermore, Omega Network For Action will:

• Develop and advocate for legislation, regulations, and ballot measures;
• Advocate and educate on policy priorities;
• Train individuals on how to campaign for elected and/or appointed offices;
• Encourage financial and human capital contributions to advance the ONFA purpose; and
• Conduct research and publicize the positions of elected officials concerning issues affecting the stated underserved communities.
